GLOINNT - 3DExperience Administration & Support Specialist (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking skilled professionals for the position of Catia 3D Experience Administration and Support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in 3DEXPERIENCE administration and support, focusing on log monitoring and root cause analysis.

Please note that we are not considering developer or designer profiles for this role.

What You'll Do :

- Proactively monitor system logs, identify potential issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently.

- Provide technical support to users, answer their questions, and troubleshoot any issues they encounter with the 3DEXPERIENCE- platform.

- Analyze system performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and user experience.

- Manage user roles, permissions, and access within the 3DEXPERIENCE- platform.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new features and functionalities of the 3DEXPERIENCE- platform.

Who You Are :

- A results-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE- administration and support.

- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficient in log monitoring and root cause analysis methodologies.

Bonus Points :

- Background in any CAD tool (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, etc.)

- Experience in designing and implementing performance monitoring solutions.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, VBA, or shell scripting
