Automation Anywhere Engineer - A360 (4-5 yrs)

Role: Automation Anywhere A360.

Experience: 4-5 yrs

Location : Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore.

RPA Tool: Automation Anywhere (A360 Version).

Preferred Certification : Good to have Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification.

Will work alongside RPA Lead and Program Manager within an environment of continuous improvement and ensure the successful realization of business, financial, and operational outcomes.

In this role, you will be part of the team which develops, tests, and implements RPA solutions for worldwide clients.

- Good analytical skills / problem solving.

- Hands on experience on Automation Anywhere tool.

- Good to have : Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification.

- Follows the RPA lifecycle and documentation involved in each stage.

- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

- Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing development and service issues.

- Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- Resource may require to work in shifts.

- So, readiness is a compulsion for 24/7 shift work.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions for our global clients, driving business efficiency and innovation.

About You :

- 4-5.1 years of experience working with Automation Anywhere (A360 Version)

- Proven track record of successfully developing and deploying RPA solutions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for automation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating effectively with diverse teams

- Highly motivated and eager to learn new technologies (bonus points for Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification!)

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, test, and implement robust RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360

- Work closely with the RPA Lead and Program Manager to ensure project success and meet business objectives

- Analyze and document RPA processes throughout the entire lifecycle

- Maintain data security and confidentiality by adhering to best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve development and service issues

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize RPA processes

- Be prepared for a dynamic work environment, including potential 24/7 shift work
