Automation Anywhere Developer (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Anywhere Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and contribute to our organization's digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.

- Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.

- Ensure that developed bots follow best practices, are modular, and can be easily maintained.

- Perform detailed process assessments and create technical solution designs.

- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) of automation workflows to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Manage bot deployment in production environments and provide post-deployment support.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and process owners to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with IT teams for system integration.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and team members as needed.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including process designs, technical specifications, and user guides.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements during bot development.

- Continuously monitor and analyze bots to identify improvement opportunities.

- Troubleshoot and optimize bots to enhance speed, accuracy, and reliability.

- Develop and generate reports to measure RPA performance, ROI, and overall impact on business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5-7 years of overall experience in RPA development, with a minimum of 3+ years working with Automation Anywhere A360.

- Strong proficiency in Automation Anywhere (Control Room, Bot Insights, and Bot Development).

- Hands-on experience with advanced features like IQ Bot, Meta Bots, and RPA workspace.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and relational databases (e.g., SQL).

- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.

- Strong understanding of business processes and process reengineering principles.

- Experience in automating workflows across various functions such as finance, HR, supply chain, and customer service.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development practices.

- Experience in version control and RPA code repository management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and scalability.

- Certification in Automation Anywhere

- Master RPA Developer or Advanced RPA Professional.

- Additional certifications in complementary RPA tools UiPath, Blue Prism or process improvement methodologies Lean Six Sigma.

- Exposure to other RPA tools UiPath, Blue Prism

- Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP and virtual environments for bot deployment.

- Familiarity with analytics tools Power BI, Tableau for reporting and insights.

- Prior experience in automating industry-specific processes banking, healthcare, manufacturing.
