Business Analyst - RPA/Automation Anywhere (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience and a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), particularly using Automation Anywhere.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business processes and lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation projects.

- Conduct in-depth process assessments to identify automation opportunities and areas for process optimization.

- Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and user stories.

- Define and prioritize automation use cases based on business impact and feasibility.

- Work with RPA developers to design and validate automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.

- Serve as a liaison between business units and the RPA development team to ensure alignment with requirements.

- Validate automation solutions by performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Provide guidance to the development team on business logic, rules, and exceptions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand and address automation needs.

- Communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and benefits to stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.

- Continuously monitor and analyze automated processes to identify improvement opportunities.

- Create and maintain reports to track automation performance, ROI, and operational efficiency.

- Recommend enhancements to automation strategies and tools to align with organizational goals.

- Ensure that all automation solutions adhere to organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated processes, including technical and functional specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 4-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA projects using Automation Anywhere.

- Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360 and experience in designing and implementing automation workflows.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and technologies. Knowledge of database systems, APIs, and process integration is a plus.

- Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

- Proficiency in creating process documentation, workflows, and BRDs/FRDs.

Communication :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Analytical Thinking :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.

Project Management :

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing automation projects.

- Certification in Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional or Master RPA Developer.

- Knowledge of additional RPA tools UiPath, Blue Pris is advantageous.

- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
