We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business and user requirements into actionable design solutions, ensuring alignment with product and company goals. Your expertise in UX/UI design, along with your skills in software development lifecycle management, will drive the creation of high-quality products for a variety of industries, including Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Media, and Gaming.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Prototyping : Develop intuitive and visually compelling designs through methodologies like Design Thinking, Prototyping, and User Testing. Use data-driven insights to create engaging digital experiences.

- User-Centered Solutions : Gather and analyze business and user requirements, translating them into functional and aesthetic design solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

- Project Leadership : Plan, manage, and execute design projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with development teams to maintain cohesive project direction.

- Agile & Lean UX : Apply Lean and Agile principles to UX design processes, fostering iterative and collaborative workflows for efficient project delivery.

- Continuous Product Improvement : Drive product enhancements by implementing iterative design improvements and feature updates based on user feedback and market trends.

- UX Architecture : Design and oversee UX architecture to ensure consistency and scalability across products, focusing on seamless user journeys.

- Team Leadership : Mentor and develop junior designers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement within the team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Creative Direction : Provide creative direction, encouraging innovative, user-centered problem-solving across the design team.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding project needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements :

- Experience : 10+ years in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design projects.

- Technical Skills : Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

- Methodologies : Expertise in Design Thinking, Prototyping, User Testing, and Interaction Design. Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX processes is essential.

- Project Management : Strong project management skills with experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

- UX Architecture : Ability to design and manage scalable UX architecture aligned with business and user needs.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and stakeholder presentations.
