Qualifications:
Essential Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphics, Design or relatedfield full time from reputed Institute.
Desired -Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, GoogleAnalytics, etc.).
Experience: 1-3years of experience in brand management, social media marketing, or related.
Job Overview:
The Brand Executive/ SocialMedia Handler is responsible for implementing and managing brand strategies andcompanys social media presence to promote the companys products, services andculture, ensuring consistent brand messaging and enhancing brand equity. Therole involves coordinating with internal and external teams, conducting marketresearch, and supporting brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
BrandStrategy Implementation: Support the Brand Manager in executing brandstrategies, ensuring that all brand-related activities align with the companysgoals and objectives.
CampaignManagement: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing andsocial media campaigns, including both digital and traditional media.
MarketResearch: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understandconsumer preferences and market trends, providing insights to enhance brandperformance.
ContentCreation: Handle the content and designing to create compelling and on-brandmarketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, andadvertisements.
BrandConsistency: Ensure all communication and marketing materials maintain aconsistent tone, message, and style in alignment with the brand's identity.
EventCoordination/Internal Employer Branding: Assist in the planning and executionof engagement calendar and events, along with all branding needs.
PerformanceMonitoring: Track the performance of brand campaigns, using metrics like brand.awareness, market share, and return on investment (ROI), and provide reports tomanagement.
Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, andcustomer service to ensure brand alignment and to support business objectives.
BudgetManagement: Assist in managing the brands marketing budget, ensuringcost-effectiveness in all activities.
VendorManagement: Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely andhigh-quality delivery of marketing and branding materials.
Skills:
Strongunderstanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
Proficiencyin marketing tools and software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, AdobeCreative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Abilityto work collaboratively in a team environment.
