Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Strategist specializing in E-Commerce Identity Building to craft and enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and e-commerce trends, with the ability to create compelling strategies that drive engagement and revenue. This role demands a visionary thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of aligning brand narratives with business objectives in a competitive online marketplace.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity Development:
    • Design and implement strategies to establish a unique and compelling e-commerce brand identity.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, product packaging, and digital campaigns.
  • Market Research and Consumer Insights:
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
    • Use data insights to inform and refine brand positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Creative Direction and Content Strategy:
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to create impactful branding materials and campaigns.
    • Oversee the development of compelling storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
  • E-Commerce Optimization:
    • Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure brand alignment in the digital shopping experience.
    • Work closely with product and sales teams to align brand messaging with promotional efforts.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns.
    • Use analytics to adapt strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring internal and external stakeholders align with the brand s vision.
    • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on brand opportunities and challenges.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in branding tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Professional Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Advanced certifications in Brand Management, E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, with a focus on e-commerce or digital-first companies.
    • Proven track record of successful branding campaigns that drove engagement and revenue growth.
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
