Your Creative Canvas Awaits As the Creative Director at Netcore, you will be responsible for building and leading our design function focused on all external facing properties (i.e., website, marketing content, social media presence etc.). In essence you will be accountable for how our brand communicates to the rest of the world! The complexity of our business is that we are marketing to CMOs and Marketers and hence bar on creativity and quality is of the highest order. This is therefore a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of art and design direction, along with the ability to execute compelling creative strategies for a B2B focused brand. You will be both a strategic leader and an active creator, responsible for driving high-quality design work across all projects while nurturing and developing a world-class creative team.What Youll Craft:1. Creative Vision & Brand Strategy:a. Define and lead the creative direction across all visual touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence, across our website, all our marketing content, social media presence and events.b. c. Develop a creative strategy that aligns with business goals, enhancing both product visibility and overall customer engagement.d. Oversee all creative outputs, from website design and digital marketing assets to product UI/UX, presentations, and branding materials.e. Develop visual narratives that help articulate the unique value proposition of our MarTech solutions, resonating with enterprise clients.f. Ensure that storytelling through design clearly communicates product benefits and fosters engagement with customers across the buyer s journey.2. Integration with all marketing functions:a. Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.b. Collaborate with product marketing team to create compelling thought leadership content (long form and short form) and enhance our brand positioning.c. Align with sales and customer success teams to ensure that design supports lead generation, sales enablement, and post-sale engagements.3. End-to-End Creative Execution:a. Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of design projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and brand alignment.b. Develop design guidelines, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand standards and maintain consistency across platforms.c. Maintain high-quality design outputs that are both aesthetically appealing and data-driven to resonate with our target audience.4. Design That s Smart (And Data-Driven):a. Leverage analytics and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve design strategies.b. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to run A/B tests and evaluate the performance of design assets in real-world scenarios.c. Use market research and customer insights to inform creative decisions and ensure designs meet both business and user needs.5. Innovation & being on top of Industry trends:a. Stay ahead of the curve explore the latest design trends, tools, and creative formats.b. Innovate new design processes, frameworks, and tools that enhance team efficiency and project quality.c. Lead the exploration of new formats and creative approaches in marketing, including video, motion graphics, interactive content, and more.6. Lead a High-Impact Creative Team:a. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, including UI/UX, graphic, and motion designers.b. Foster a collaborative and innovative design environment that encourages experimentation and creativity.c. Provide guidance to the team in conceptualizing, prototyping, and delivering high-quality creative assets. Essentials for this role:1. Education:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.2. Experience:a. 8+ years of professional experience in creative design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS or MarTech environment.b. Demonstrated success in leading design projects that drive business growth and enhance brand identity.3. Design Expertise:a. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and more.b. Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of UI/UX design, marketing campaigns, and brand-building projects, particularly within the MarTech or SaaS space.4. UI/UX Knowledge:a. Deep understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and experience working with product teams to create intuitive interfaces.b. Experience designing for B2B SaaS applications with a focus on user-centric design and conversion optimization.5. Team Leader & Culture Builder:Proven ability to inspire and develop creative talent, cultivating a high-energy, innovation-focused team culture..6. Strategic Visionary:a. Ability to see the big picture and align creative execution with business goals.and marketing strategies.b. Data-driven and analytical, always seeking ways to optimize design for better performance.7. Exceptional Communicator:Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales.
