Job Description

Job Summary

As a Brand Manager at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the company s position in the market, drive brand awareness, and foster brand loyalty. You will play a key role in defining the brand s voice, positioning, and identity while ensuring alignment with business goals, particularly for our AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure the brand message resonates with the target audience.

This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for branding, strategic thinking, and creative execution, who are looking to build a strong and consistent brand identity in a competitive market.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company s business objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Brand Positioning : Define and communicate clear brand positioning, messaging, and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and refine brand strategies.
  • Campaign Development : Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote the brand s products, services, and initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure the brand message is consistently communicated in product development, advertising, and customer engagement.
  • Content Development : Oversee the creation of brand assets (e. g. , logos, taglines, presentations) and manage content that reflects the brand s identity across digital and offline platforms.
  • Customer Experience : Ensure a seamless and positive brand experience for customers across all touchpoints, from online interactions to customer service.
  • Brand Consistency : Enforce brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all marketing, advertising, and product communications.
  • Performance Metrics : Monitor and report on brand health, tracking KPIs such as brand awareness, customer loyalty, and brand equity.
  • Budget Management : Manage the brand s marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) from brand-building activities.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Brand Strategy : Expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Market Research : Strong experience in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to guide brand positioning.
  • Campaign Management : Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Creative Direction : Ability to guide the creative team in developing brand assets and content that align with the brand s voice and identity.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing : Understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and experiential marketing.
  • Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills to measure brand performance and adjust strategies based on insights from data.
  • Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Budget Management : Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve brand goals.
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications (Preferred) :
    • Brand Management Certification , Google Analytics Certification , or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience :
    • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of developing successful brand strategies.
    • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech, AI, ML, or SaaS industries, is a plus.
