Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Alice Blue. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive growth, increase market share, and elevate brand recognition. You will oversee both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities, ensuring that our brand message is consistent across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive long-term growth.
• ATL & BTL Marketing: Plan and manage ATL campaigns (e.g., TV, radio, print) and BTL activities (e.g., events, promotions, direct marketing) to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling advertising content and brand messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Budget Management: Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
• Brand Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand positioning strategy that differentiates our products in the marketplace.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Vendor & Agency Management: Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and other vendors to execute brand initiatives effectively.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key brand performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of both ATL and BTL marketing strategies and tactics.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
