Job Summary: The Assistant Brand Manager will support the brand s overall marketing strategies with a focus on managing operations for creatives and content across paid ads, social media, branding campaigns, and influencer marketing. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for paid advertisements, social media, branding campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Ensure that all creative assets align with the brand s visual and messaging guidelines.
Coordinate content creation and manage the content calendar to ensure timely and accurate execution across channels.
Paid ads optimization for Meta Ads, Google Ads, website banners
Provide recommendations based on campaign analytics to optimize creative performance and messaging.
Support in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to amplify brand campaigns.
Track influencer performance and ensure content delivered aligns with brand standards.
Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with teams such as product development, customer service, and sales to ensure that branding strategies align with business goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of all campaigns (organic and paid) through key metrics such as ROI, engagement, conversion rates, etc.
Provide insights and actionable strategies to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role (preferably within e-commerce).
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and social media management platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to guide marketing decisions.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and current social media trends.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with creative agencies and influencers.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
