About the Role

We are looking for a General Manager Human Resources to build, lead, and mentor the human resources function at Centillion. This role involves developing and implementing talent strategies, HR policies, compliance frameworks, and workforce management systems to support our growing portfolio

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong organizational culture, driving performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic human resources policies including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee Engagement development and leveraging best practices and shared services across business platform.
• Assess organizational needs of operating, business and functional units. Drive alignment within the business units to provide role and functional group clarity among roles.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Work collaboratively on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and program goals.
• Collaborate with managers to design and implement the most effective organizational structures.
• Partner with client managers to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.
• Lead talent assessment that are under the scope of the role including identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to select, retain and develop key talent.
• Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent.
• Work with Top management and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment policies
• Implement and manage HR technology solutions (HRMS tools).
• Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Oversee gap in manpower and recruitment procedure, guide team for recruitment strategy with budget and planning.

Requirements

• MBA in HR or equivalent is mandatory).
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in human resources leadership roles, preferably in Engineering sectors.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, HR policy formulation, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, contract employment, payroll management, and HR technology implementation.
• Experience in setting up performance management frameworks and leadership development programs.
• Hands-on experience in HR digital transformation, ERP-based HR systems, and automation.
