Presales Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

Position: Presales Engineer / Senior Pre-sales Engineer

Experience: Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience on Telecommunications systems in Oil and Gas industry.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science in Telecommunications

Location: Hyderabad.

• As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible in achieving sales targets. You aspire to drive business expansion, explore and target business growth opportunities.
• Identify customer needs, provide complete pre-sales solutions, and assist customers with the selections of the appropriate products.
• Prepare & submit quotations and respond to customer enquiries/requests in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product technical specifications by working with and updating product management on specification changes.
• As a Presales Manager, you will be responsible in achieving sales targets. You aspire to drive business expansion, explore and target business growth opportunities.
• Identify customer needs, provide complete pre-sales solutions, and assist customers with the selections of the appropriate products.
• Prepare & submit quotations and respond to customer enquiries/requests in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product technical specifications by working with and updating product management on specification changes.
• Identify areas of growth for individual products, product segments and markets, and collaborate with marketing, design, and sourcing functions.
• Grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
• Prior experience and technical knowledge in Telecommunication system for Industrial applications, consisting of CCTV/ Access Control/ PAGA/ Structured Cabling/ IOT/ELV/ Navigational Systems and related products.
