Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in IBS, DAS, and Telecom solutions sales, particularly within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IBS, DAS, and Telecom solutions within the industrial sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized telecom solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for IBS and DAS solutions tailored to industrial clients.
  • Technical & Solution Selling:
  • Work closely with technical teams to provide clients with the best-fit solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate IBS and DAS technologies to prospective clients.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in sales, with a strong focus on IBS, DAS, and Telecom solutions in the industrial sector.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of industrial telecom requirements, RF planning, indoor coverage solutions, and related technologies.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IBS, DAS, RF design, and deployment in industrial environments.
  • Networking & Relationships: Established connections with industrial clients, telecom operators, system integrators, and consultants.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to present solutions and close high-value deals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
