CRM Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle (O2D) Order to delivery process.
• Follow up with customer for New & Repeat Orders.
• Payment Follow up with customer after delivery.
• Responsible to coordinate with customer directly for Order and Payment Follow-up.
• Follow up promptly and effectively to ensure all orders are processed on time.
• Ensure correct contact details and requirement information is recorded
• Manage Customer Business Communications
• Solve Customer Issues, Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Back-end data entry and analysis

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must be good in Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills (English and Hindi)
