Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Order Processing & Management

  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Track and monitor order progress, proactively addressing any delays.

2. Customer Coordination & Support

  • Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries and product-related queries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain strong relationships for repeat business.

3. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer profiles, and databases.
  • Coordinate internal communication with R&D, NPD, and ATIC for smooth execution of customer requirements.

4. Sample Handling & Development Coordination

  • Manage sample collection and development coordination with Sales, Technical, and ATIC Teams.
  • Track and follow up on new product development, ensuring timely recommendations.

5. Communication & Documentation

  • Facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Customers, and Internal Departments.
  • Maintain and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

6. Inventory & Sales Tracking

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
  • Assist in generating sales reports, tracking trends, and preparing sales forecasts.

7. Problem Resolution & Customer Satisfaction

  • Address customer complaints efficiently and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Support the Marketing Team in aligning promotional efforts with sales objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience: 4-8 years in Sales Coordination, preferably in the Masterbatch/Plastic/Chemical Industry.
  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and MS Office for efficient reporting and data management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to coordinate between multiple teams and manage customer interactions.
