Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX2012 to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our ERP systems, focusing on finance, supply chain, inventory, and project management modules. This position requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Configuration:

• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX2012 to meet business needs.
• Customize and optimize modules for Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Project Management, Sales and Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.

Finance Module Expertise:

• Set up and manage the Financial Management System, including account structures, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational financial processes and industry standards.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management:

• Implement and maintain systems for inventory control, procurement, and warehouse management.
• Optimize the Inventory Management Setup for efficient stock control and cost management.

Process-to-Pay (P2P):

• Streamline purchasing workflows from vendor selection to payment reconciliation.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless P2P operations.

System Support & Maintenance:

• Provide technical and functional support to resolve issues and ensure system performance.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates to align with business objectives.

Training & Documentation:

• Train end-users and key stakeholders on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and updates.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
