Executive Officer (Order Management)

We are looking for a sharp and quick learner who can understand the companys policies and internal CRM tools. The team member will play a key role in helping all stakeholder with important data points and day-to-day KPIs.

The candidate must have:

• A good grasp of excel (Advance level preferred) and thorough understanding of all Microsoft tools like Power point, Word, outlook and Excel is important and non-negotiable.
• Good to have exposure of basic accounting terms like GST, HSN codes, etc, no accounting expertise is needed.
• Day-to-day tasks consist of reviewing in gate logs from internal CRM for accuracy & completeness, ensuring a smooth handoff of opportunities to finance and accounting counterparts, requesting party modifications or adjusting status, processing new material code requests etc.
• Monitor and process all e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg etc) and website orders via generating shipping labels and invoices from the respective portal within the defined SLAs so as to not have a breech.
• Work closely with teams like Supply chain, Accounts and Finance to resolve order and process related issues without error and to ensure that all orders for the department are processed and shipped timely.
• Drive compliance with company policies, business rules and ensure Invoicing for all expenses to be settled within the SOP guidelines.
• Generate/Download the order level data and invoices from each portal and ensure timely submission to accounts and Finance departments for settlement.
• Effectively manage numerous requests concurrently and on deadline ensuring that there are no delays.
• Monitor and control the replenishment costs, RTO/RTV, NDR, cross FC orders and Weight discrepancies.
• Analyse and manage the weight of the shipment entered in the various portals and accept/request for review, the charges, as needed.
• Report management and data updation for all the daily orders from multiple platforms to be able to provide accurate status to the stakeholders.
• Analyse and update the correct inventory reports from the internal CRM in collaboration with the other stakeholder departments like Supply chain.
