Vivre Panels is looking for an Order Process Coordinator to join our team and help ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Customer Communication – Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates.
• Credit Control Support – Verify customer credit limits, monitor outstanding payments, and assist in payment follow-ups.
• Documentation – Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Coordination – Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Issue Resolution – Address order-related issues and find timely solutions.
• Data Entry – Update and maintain order details in our system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1-3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, credit control, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with payment tracking or financial coordination (preferred).
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
