Vivre Panels is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-Office Process Coordinator to streamline internal processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance communication across teams. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of daily operations by tracking tasks, implementing best practices, and maintaining process discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Process Compliance Remind and follow up with employees to apply for leaves on Zoho People and update daily tasks on Zoho Project
• Internal Coordination Facilitate smooth communication between teams, departments, and branches
• Task Reminders – Regularly check on task completions and ensure adherence to workflows
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain records, generate reports, and track process improvements
• Support Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies and help implement better workflows

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1+ years of experience in internal coordination, administration, or process management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and MS Office (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
