Project Engineer

• Document Coordination:
• Submit project documents to customers.
• Maintain and upload project-related documents to Drive (G Suite).
• Maintain full sets of hard copy documents for all orders.
• Project Management:
• Review customer purchase orders to ensure alignment with offers.
• Maintain a complete project status of each order in Excel, tracking Drawing submission, approval, MFC received date, and technical and commercial terms.
• Utilize SAP for project creation and updates.
• Internal Communication:
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Production, Quality, Logistics, Accounts) for stage-wise document submission.
• Communicate with customers for Drawing Approval, MFC, DI, and payments.
• Financial Documentation:
• Prepare financial documentation for Letters of Credit.
• Calculate the cost of goods sold at the time of dispatch.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices for payments and follow up for payments.
• Dispatch and Logistics:
• Manage and send dispatch documents as per the Purchase Order.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs for Bill of Lading & COO.
• Payment Handling:
• Handle document submissions for payments on portals like NTPC, AMNS, Siemens, Tata Steel, and Tata Power
