Order Management Executive

(I) Capable of Structuring and managing the contracts, remediation, and compliance checks

(II) Understand, Review, Draft and finalize contracts with customers

(III) Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met

(IV) Preparation and submission of Contractual communication and letters to Customers.

(V) To participate in Contract Review Meetings and clarify Execution & Logistics related issues if any.

(VI) Monitoring the Customer Inspections & Dispatch clearance.

(VII) Coordination with the Customer right from the Order receipt to dispatch in all activities.

(VIII) To ensure making the products ready for dispatch as per customer delivery and also to ensure timely dispatches & delivery to avoid any LDs.

(IX) Follow up for bills process and collection of payment.

(X) Collaborate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure that all customer orders are processed efficiently and on time.
