Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the organization. This individual will manage daily sales operations, maintain customer relationships, oversee collections, and provide actionable insights through MIS reports to help achieve company sales and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
    • Act as a point of contact for builders, contractors, dealers, and architects.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product details, and address any concerns.
  2. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and order processing.
    • Maintain an updated database of leads, customers, and sales activities.
  3. Coordination:
    • Liaise between the sales team, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of AAC blocks.
    • Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials and campaigns.
  4. MIS Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports related to sales, collections, and customer performance.
    • Analyze data to track sales progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for management decisions.
  5. Collections:
    • Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients for timely collections.
    • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any payment disputes or delays.
    • Maintain accurate records of outstanding payments and communicate regularly with customers to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  6. Reports and Documentation:
    • Prepare sales performance reports and monitor targets.
    • Ensure all orders, invoices, collections, and customer communications are properly documented.
  7. Market Research:
    • Assist in gathering insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  8. Customer Service:
    • Build long-term relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and post-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, collections, and reporting, preferably in construction or building materials.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and CRM software.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
