Key skills for the job
1. Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients, responsible in achieving the target in the assigned region.
2. To drive the marketing function of the company and to manage ATL and BTL segments of marketing, product promotions, display, Branding, digital marketing, Participation in leading exhibitions and to lead complete look and feel of the company.
3. Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meeting.
4.Open new market segments, identify new business areas and work strategically to develop those potential markets for Sands products and solutions.
5.To tap business potentials in the industrial sector , to work with the system integrators, major distributors and end users in the industrial process, engineering and manufacturing sector and offer products and solutions of SANDS to those potential customers.
6. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
7.Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
8.To manage the strategic key accounts, explore more business opportunities with the existing key accounts and build good rapport with those stakeholders through frequent visits /online meetings.
9.End to end responsibility covers the billing and collections, responsible for revenue generation to the business as per the set targets and goals.
10.Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
