Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager to drive the sales efforts and marketing strategies in our steel manufacturing company. This role requires a deep understanding of the steel industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence, building relationships with key clients, and promoting our products effectively.


Location: Delhi


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand the companys market share in the steel industry.
    • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Set and meet sales targets to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities across different sectors (construction, automotive, infrastructure, etc.).
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications of products.

  • Product Marketing & Branding:
    • Develop marketing campaigns to promote steel products and services.
    • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, case studies, and advertisements.
    • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to guide product development and marketing strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on new product launches or modifications based on market demands.

  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecast future sales, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Track the success of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define company-wide sales and marketing goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel, manufacturing, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of steel products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
