Role & responsibilities
1. Order released to the vendors & Receipt of Supplier commitment & co-ordinate for dispatches. 2. Submission of projects schedule to sales team & coordination with South supplier.
3. Analysis the trends, identifying potential risks & exploring new sourcing opportunities.
4. Developing & implementing sourcing aligned with the company goals & objective
5. Coordinating with cross functional teams such as production, logistics & inventory management to ensure the smooth supply chain process
6. Collaborating closely with CFT team to forecast demand, manage inventory levels & prevent stock outs.
7. Managing supplier contracts including terms & conditions, delivery schedules, payments & performance metrics.
8. Monitoring & evaluating supplier performance to identify areas for improvement process enhancements & best practice to optimize, efficiency, quality with cost effectiveness.
9. Prepare regular reports & presentation on sourcing metrics, supplier performance & market trends status.
10. Develop & implement inventory control strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock outs & reduce carrying costs.
11. Utilize inventory management systems to track & analyze inventory data, making informed decisions on stock replenishment & allocation.
12. Coordinate with procurement & suppliers to ensure timely & accurate receipts of goods.
13. Develop & implement standard operating procedures to optimize workflow & improve efficiency.
14. Preparation of MIS Reports & presentation on sourcing metrics.
