Job Purpose
Responsible for Production Planning and Control to meet Dispatch requirement.
Job Context
Looking for an ambitious and energetic Planning Engineer with Min 8+Years of Experience in Production Planning. He/ She will be act as a front end PPC Engineer and always thrive to achieve the given target. He/ She should be go-getter and work Pro-actively.
Job Dimensions
The role will be based at Nashik. Incumbent should have experience in the field of Medium voltage Switchgear ( i.e RMU and RTU S).
Key Accountabilities
These will include:
BOM structuring in SAP/D365/ERP/Oracle Post BOM release
Routings preparation & updating of new part list as per SAP/ERP/Oracle
Engineering Change Note Management : - Implementation and circulation with all feeder and assembly shops in SAP/Oracle/ERP.
Product costing and transfer price - Run planned cost, standard cost and Monitor cost master .
Scheduling of new projects on demand of Project management in collaboration with Engineering, SCM, Production , Manufacturing & demand Planning .
Manufacturing weekly scheduling based on Customer requirement, Manufacturing capacity & Material Availability.
On Time Delivery- Monitoring and Tracking
FG tracking- (inventory control for WIP & FG items)
MIS Maintaining Management Information system
Customer inspection release and tracking Project & Product.
Production planning and control, communication through Daily Gemba Meeting & align the production activities accordingly.
Monitoring subcontracting /Outsource of equipment s & Fabrication units
Update department KPI by 1st day of every month.
Monitoring & coordination for Spares plan.
Switchgear assembly & process Knowledge
Hands on working on SAP/ERP/Oracle
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
Min 8+Years of Experience in Switchgear Industry
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Should have a high level of self-motivation and the ability to deliver results.
Good problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
