Sales Trainer

We are looking for a Sales trainer (Sales /BD experience mandatory) to coordinate and support our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all Product & Sales Training and training activities for the assigned products and technologies and be a Single Point of Contact.
• Responsible for ensuring new employees receive proper Sales & Process training to meet their responsibilities successfully.
• Work closely with the regions and key geographies to assess product & Sales training needs.
• Develop the Sales and Product Training Materials to support new product launches, induction program, refresher training requests, and other product related trainings requirements from the Product Division.
• Be responsible & accountable for Sales & Product Training Packages ensuring it is available and relevant.
• Utilize creative training techniques, adult learning methods, and effective presentation skills.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align training strategies with business goals.
• Design training modules that align with sales strategies and company sales target.

Other Required Skills:

• Expertise in advanced sales techniques, including consultative selling and objection handling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively deliver training materials and handle queries.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to reach new heights of performance.
