Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery

  1. Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs to address the needs of the sales & pres sales team, including onboarding new hires.
  2. Deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer relationship management (CRM), and industry trends.
  3. Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and interactive tools to facilitate learning.
  4. Utilize role-playing, case studies, and other interactive methods to enhance the training experience.

Performance Assessment & Reporting

  1. Evaluate individual and team performance through assessments, quizzes, role-play feedback, and KPI tracking.
  2. Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and address challenges faced by the team in real-time scenarios.
  3. Prepare detailed training reports and suggest strategies to bridge performance gaps.

Collaboration & Strategy

  1. Work closely with sales managers and senior leadership to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
  2. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to stay updated on offerings and market dynamics.
  3. Incorporate feedback from sales representatives to refine training programs continuously.

Coaching & Development

  1. Provide one-on-one coaching for underperforming team members to boost confidence and productivity.
  2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills


  • Post Graduation in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., Train the Trainer, Certified Sales Trainer) is preferred.
  • Proven experience (12 - 18 years) as a Sales Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Strong background in sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for teaching.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
