Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Design Development: Create detailed architectural designs and plans, using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketch Up.
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements.
• Site Visits: Conduct site assessments and inspections during construction to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
• Presentation: Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensing: Licensed to practice architecture (varies by location).
• Experience: 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
