Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Leader of Marketing to lead our marketing vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. They will oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, manage branding initiatives, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement result-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI on campaigns.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 18+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry of which min 8 yrs. In leading marketing team.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive a plan and ensure execution
• Ability to work at ease with deadlines and high-pressure situations
