Management Trainee - Business Development

**Role & responsibilities:

• Represent the company and introduce its products/solutions to potential customers to create business opportunities.
• Develop & maintain healthy relationships with existing & new customers.
• Setting up meetings with prospective clients & deliver presentations.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate to close deals and handle customer complaints & objections
• Willing to travel across PAN India.

• Excellent Communication (written & verbal) and Presentation Skills.
• Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Relationship Management & Negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

**Preferred Qualifications (Full time):

• B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Tech/M. Tech in Biotechnology/Chemistry/Biochemistry along with MBA in Sales and Marketing from Tier 1/2 institute
