Customer Support Executive (NBFC)

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to loan agreements, post-car terms, and other financial services.
• Ensure the accurate communication of loan terms and conditions to customers via both call and email.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure turnaround time (TAT) is adhered to and no assigned cases are delayed.
• Maintain adherence to credit policy norms while communicating terms and conditions to customers.
• Maintain daily MIS of assigned leads with accurate and complete data.
• Attend and participate in all training activities organized by the internal team and LNOD.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a blended process (both voice and email) in customer support, preferably within an NBFC or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English.
• Proficient in basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
