Clarity admin resource

Role & responsibilities

• System Administration: Maintain and configure Clarity PPM, including access management, user roles, security settings, and overall system health.
• Configuration & Customization: Implement changes, create reports, dashboards, and portlets, and manage workflows based on business requirements.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption.
• Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other teams to manage integrations between Clarity PPM and other enterprise systems.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Upgrades & Patch Management: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while minimizing downtime.
• Data Governance & Reporting: Ensure data integrity, manage project/resource data, and generate insights through reports and analytics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and IT to align the platform with business goals.
