- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the business process digitization and automation initiative.

- The role involves aligning project objectives with key stakeholders, developing comprehensive frameworks and policies, assessing current processes, and re-engineering workflows to enhance efficiency and automation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with Clients strategic initiatives, including the Digital Transformation Strategy 20242033.

- Develop and implement a business process digitization and automation framework and related policies.

- Assess existing business processes, identify areas for re-engineering, and propose best practices for improvement.

- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization, including AI integration, and align them with organizational KPI's.

- Create an executive dashboard to track and present digitization and automation progress.

- Design a detailed implementation roadmap with actionable initiatives, budget estimates, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
