We are seeking a candidate with mandatory experience in Insurance sector/company who is a skilled Program Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role is designed for professionals with a strong background in program management, API solutions, and digital transformation, who have work experience in the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives through digital partner collaboration, oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), optimize customer journeys, and streamline business processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Full-time MBA from Tier 1 MBA college / premier management institute.
- 01-05 years of relevant experience in program management, with a mandatory background in the insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in API solutions, digital transformation, and project delivery, supporting business growth and digital partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Partner Management & API Solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and digital partners to understand technical and business requirements, ensuring seamless API solutions integration with digital platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for digital partners, ensuring smooth transitions through well-defined integration frameworks.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance API solutions to support business goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
2. Program Management & Project Delivery
- Oversee program management for cross-functional projects, ensuring clear timelines, defined deliverables, and structured execution plans.
- Implement best practices in project delivery, defining scope, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to achieve timely completion.
- Establish governance mechanisms to track milestones, assess risks, and drive alignment with strategic business objectives.
3. UAT, Data Analysis & Process Governance
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & Project Delivery, ensuring rigorous validation of system functionality before full deployment.
- Develop and manage Data Analysis & MIS Reporting frameworks to track performance, measure key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Create structured workflow documentation, ensuring alignment across departments with clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Competitor Benchmarking & Customer Experience Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to assess customer journeys and identify key areas for optimization in service delivery, product offerings, and digital interactions.
- Utilize market research insights to implement industry-leading best practices, improving customer experience and engagement.
- Enhance service design by integrating feedback from digital touchpoints to create a seamless and frictionless customer journey.
5. Workflow Automation & Digital Transformation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing existing workflows, optimizing digital touchpoints, and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging automation, AI-driven insights, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with technology teams to develop innovative API solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of digital services.
6. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to drive cross-functional efficiency.
- Present project updates, data-driven insights, and key findings to leadership teams, influencing decision-making through structured reporting.

- Mandatory experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record in program management and API
solutions development.
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, particularly in collaboration with digital partners and tech-driven business
enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Hands-on experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & Project Delivery, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving
strategic initiatives.
