Program Manager - MD Office (0-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to work directly with the Managing Director (MD).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to execute and oversee strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and act as a bridge between the MD and various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Assist the MD in defining and driving strategic objectives.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for key initiatives.

- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Program Management:

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure programs align with the organization's vision and goals.

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.

Process Improvement:

- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.

- Implement best practices in project and program management.

Administrative Support:

- Assist the MD in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and meeting preparations.

- Compile, analyze, and summarize data for strategic decision-making.
