Software Developer - Full Stack Apps (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java for backend and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) for frontend

- Should be able to lead the team and responsible for effective code reviews.

- Obstacle Removal(Technical leadership) : Should be technically strong to Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that hinder the sprint and project goals.

- Perform DAR (decision analysis) and propose and implement best solution.

- Should be able to mentor developers in team and takes accountability of delivery .

- Build user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration with databases and server-side logic.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

- Write clean, efficient code, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices through testing and debugging.

- Strong knowledge on JUnit and integration testing.

- Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL query optimization.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, TDD, design patterns, best practices.
