Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead and manage our HR department in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- You will lead and manage the recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations activities across all retail locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all retail locations.
- Lead recruitment and selection activities for all retail positions, including developing job descriptions, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement onboarding and training programs that support employee development and retention.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and support employee retention.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of HR services.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment with HR initiatives and overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in implementing polices and automation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong project management skills.
