Job Overview:
- A pioneer in the luxury fashion industry and home to top Indian designers, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our boutique at , Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of the store while maintaining the high standards of luxury associated with the luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets by driving footfall and maximizing conversion rates.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the business, increase revenue, and expand customer base.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-end clientele, providing personalized styling advice.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards, creating an exclusive luxury shopping experience.
- Handle client complaints and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Store Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing shrinkage.
- Implement visual merchandising standards that reflect the Ensemble brand and enhance the shopping experience.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet performance expectations and deliver superior service.
- Schedule shifts, oversee staff performance, and conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with store goals.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, including analysis of KPIs such as footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Use data to develop actionable insights for continuous improvement of sales performance and operational efficiency.
Collaboration with Designers & Head Office:
- Liaise with designers to ensure the store showcases the latest collections and trends.
- Work closely with the Head Office for marketing initiatives, promotions, and store-specific events.
Store Events & Promotions:
- Plan and execute in-store events, trunk shows, and exclusive client experiences to promote the brand and increase sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure successful event execution and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7-12 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in multi-designer or luxury boutiques.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the luxury retail market, Indian designer labels, and the latest fashion trends.
