National Credit Manager - Healthcare Equipment Finance

Job Description:

- Have a strong credit and process orientation and a good understanding of the market and competitors.

- Underwrite exposures for the Healthcare Equipment Finance vertical covering equipment loans, leases and structured transactions.

- Underwriting activities cover, transaction structuring, operational and financial analysis of the Borrower, AML risk assessment, collateral analysis, requisite due diligence and preparation of credit pitch.

- Engage with origination and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery on credit approvals and execution while ensuring compliance to credit policy and other underwriting procedures of the company.

- Manage asset quality of the portfolio, monitoring delinquency, engaging with delinquent Borrowers, regular review of specific accounts, covenant monitoring and acting on early warning signals.

- Active portfolio and account management to meet customer on.

Qualifications/ Experience Required:

- 10-15 years total experience with MBA or undergraduate business degree.

- Solid financial statement analysis and valuation skills.

- Thorough and detail oriented; strong analytical skills.

- High energy level; ability to multi-task effectively; high degree of initiative.

- Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; team playergoing requirements (amendments, waivers and consents ) and resolution of problem/troubled accounts.

- Engage and collaborate with teams for preparation and review of product programmes, policy documents, scorecards and process improvements.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to management regarding deals and portfolio activities.
