Job Position: Chief Manager - Accounts Payables - Team handling

Job Location - Mumbai

Job Description:

- Lead the overall accounts payable team, ensure robust controls over payments processes and accounting.

- Lead the fixed assets and lease accounting, payments and ensure related financial controls over the process.

- Ensure monthly/quarterly GST, TDS and other statutory reports, reconciliation, and controls.

- Month close accounting, accruals review, expense analysis (Direct Costs and SG&A), reporting and provide comments on period variances.

- Review and submission of monthly Balance Sheet, Profit, and loss account reconciliations, ageing and other control reports, disclosures within the specified timelines.

- Preparation of inputs for monthly forecast for Accounts payable, capital expenditure and cash flow requirements.

- Ensuring timely preparation and review of various bank reconciliations and treasury controls.

- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations - Liaise and work seamlessly with cross functional teams (internal) and auditors.

Skills Required:

- Good accounting, payment controls and tax knowledge.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Capable of handling things independently.

- Target oriented and focused.
