Basics :

1. Mandatory Work from Office for 6 days a week in Gurugram

2. Tier 1 college or Tier 1 company experience in Program/Process/Project management

3. Min 1 year to Max 2.5 years' experience

4. Background in Credit Business/Underwriting - Good to Have

Responsibilities:

1. Partnerships: Continuously scope market for partnerships, operationalize them and set up processes - both manual and product based

2. Processes: Continuously improve KYC, Onboarding, Business and Collection Funnels

3. Identify problems, back with data, Generate Hypothesis, Test and Improve in a 1 to 10 journey

4. Create & Implement process/product-based solutions.
