Job title : Talent Development Manager
- The Opportunity Capgemini is seeking a Manager whose primary focus will be to execute organizational Talent priorities to sustainable interventions with clear tracking of success measures and support Talent leadership in other identified key initiatives as and when required. Primary focus of this role will be to execute key Talent Management programs end to end.
- The role requires very high attention to detail and quick TAT to ensure programs and initiatives are on track and to own and drive change as and when required. Working and adapting in an ambiguous and highly agile ecosystem is necessary with adherence to org. and function wide SLAs.
The responsibilities will include a range of talent activities:
- Design & execute key Talent Development interventions end to end and suggest changes as and when necessary
- Adhere to program TAT and SLA for program level success
- Analyze program data and initiate course correction accordingly - Support Talent leadership in conducting organization wide need analysis and assess areas of improvement
- Build necessary management dashboards and share critical observations with leadership through data analytics
- Responsible for communications, coordination and follow-ups etc for any other intervention.
- Successfully engage with Talent and L&D team members, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
- Partner with Business Leaders and HR Business Partner to address specific business needs - Collaborate with the Talent Managers to drive and implement the development agenda
- Champion and embed the leadership vision across the program
- Work closely with the Inclusion lead to integrate Inclusion Strategy into the development program Our Ideal Candidate - Should be proactive, high achievement focused, self-driven and result oriented
- Have excellent written & oral communication skills and presentation Skills
- Must be very good in managing MIS and data reporting
- Prior experience of Organization Development/Talent Development/Learning initiatives will be good to have
- Ability to work with different stakeholders, to design & deliver quick and comprehensive solutions & close on deliverables within defined SLAs
- MBA with HR specialization with minimum 9-12 years of work experience
