Sharajman Technologies - Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

- Assist in developing project roadmaps and timelines.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and refine requirements.

- Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and reports.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

- Provide ongoing support for implemented systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related industries.

- Proven ability to work on projects involving digital transformation, data analytics, or process optimization.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
