Cipla - Business Process Analyst (2-4 yrs)

- Business Process Re-engineering and Simplification: Analyze current processes, design future-ready digital processes, and drive efficiency, agility, and velocity.

- Cost Optimization and Implementation: Partner with functional teams on special projects to identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving opportunities.

- Collaborate with external consultants, monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure transparency in initiatives.

- Governance and Continuous Improvement Activities: Establish governance frameworks and oversee CI initiatives to sustain improvements.

- Self-Development: Identify development opportunities and execute training plans to build expertise.

Education Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

- LSS Green or Black Belt qualification preferred.

Relevant Work Experience:

- Approximately 2 years of relevant experience.

- Proficient in data extraction, compilation, and analysis with strong analytical skills.

- Experienced in creating concise, senior-management-ready presentations.

- Capable of handling high-pressure situations and resolving challenges effectively to meet deadlines.

- Skilled in structuring unorganized data and deriving actionable insights.

- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to identify and implement quick solutions.

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication, as well as report-writing skills.
