Production coordinator and commercial negotiator

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate production plan for multiple P2P contract manufacturing sites to ensure seamless operations & achieve production targets in line with defined quality & time standards. Also lead commercial negotiation with the vendors for the P2P operations.

2. Monitor and co-ordinate the production plan to achieve productivity targets as per schedule for GX/RX/EX products at respective CMO s

3. Monitor dispatches as per schedule committed by contract sites.

4. Weekly schedule discussion with planning team for products requirement in respective month, critical products and urgent products requirement and timely deliveries.

5. Ensure no sale loss/ No POs value in respective month at respective CMOS.

6. Coordinate with cross functional departments & execute production plan.

7. Evaluate & ensure execution of AVD projects to meet market requirements, Coordinate with AVD team for timely availability of documents & change control.

8. Investigate Market Complaint / inspection jointly with the team and CMO through root cause analysis to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.

9. Involvement in QMS Activity, Handling of Track wise and Cipdox for Deviation and Change control.

10. To target 100% Automization at CMO sites.

11. Review and prepare a consolidated management information report to analyse performance of contract manufacturing site.

12. Prepare and submit deviation/change control in the system for further approval to make the change required in the document or sharing the observation at CMS to Third Party QA.
