SAP PM Functional Consultant - MM/PP/FI Modules (15-34 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements related to Plant Maintenance.

- Analyze and document business processes and translate them into functional specifications.

- Design and configure SAP PM modules to meet business requirements.

- Configure master data, preventive and breakdown maintenance, calibration, refurbishment, and other PM processes.

- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP PM functionality.

- Resolve tickets in a timely manner.

- Work with other SAP Modules like MM, PP, and FI to ensure smooth process flow.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5-12 years of experience in SAP PM functional consulting.

- Strong understanding of SAP PM processes and configuration.

- Experience in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions.

- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- For lead roles: Experience in leading teams and managing projects.

- Experience in the Chemical, or manufacturing industry is a plus.

- Experience in S/4HANA PM is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance.

- Experience with SAP Fiori.
