Senior Software Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end integration solutions using WSO2 Micro Integrator (MI) and API Manager (APIM).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution architectures.

- Develop custom mediators, sequences, and APIs to meet specific business needs.

- Optimize existing WSO2 integrations for performance and scalability.

- Configure and manage WSO2 MI and APIM environments.

- Implement API security measures, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.

- Configure API throttling and rate limiting policies.

- Utilize WSO2 analytics for monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Design and implement API orchestration workflows.

- Automate the deployment and configuration of WSO2 solutions using CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance integration and deployment processes.

- Implement and maintain logging and monitoring solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Work directly with clients to understand and document requirements.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to WSO2 integrations.

- Provide timely and effective support to internal and external clients.

- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing WSO2-based solutions.

- Strong expertise in WSO2 Micro Integrator (MI) and API Manager (APIM).

- Proficiency in API design and development (REST, SOAP).

- Experience with API security concepts and implementation (OAuth 2.0, JWT, etc.).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience1 with other WSO2 products (e.g., Identity Server).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with scripting languages such as python or bash.

- Experience with database technologies.
