Technical Program Manager (5-7 yrs)

Position : Technical Program Manager (TPM).

Experience : 5+ years.

Location : Bangalore / Chennai.

Notice Period : Immediate to 60 days.

Domain : Automotive, Mobility and Vehicle insights.

Qualifications :

- Over 5 years of professional experience in the software industry, including 2 years or more in Technical Program/Project Management.

- Proven program management skills, including developing, documenting, and executing large-scale programs, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

- Strong understanding of project frameworks and proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a data-driven mindset.

- Self-motivated with a track record of completing tasks, and excellent problem-solving skills to simplify complex issues.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for success in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

- Ability to identify dependencies between complex programs/projects and assess their impact.

- Comfortable working across various internal communication styles and international time zones.

- Hands-on knowledge of project management frameworks and experience leading teams using Agile software development methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with internal stakeholders and customers across diverse geographical locations and time zones.

Responsibilities :

- Define and manage program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans.

- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

- Drive the execution of Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any roadblocks.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders, including internal and external teams.

- Collect and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and optimize program performance.

- Proactively identify and resolve dependencies between complex programs/projects and assess their impact.

- Work collaboratively with international teams across different time zones.

- Foster a positive and productive team environment.

- Continuously improve program management processes and methodologies.
